finish each day and be done with it.
you have done what you could.
some blunders and absurdities have crept in;
forget them as soon as you can.
tomorrow is a new day.
you shall begin it serenely and with
too high a spirit to be encumbered
with your old nonsense.

It seems this is what weekends are for - to renew, recharge, and let go of the week's events. I know I was stuck on an interaction I had with a stranger this week and it feels good to finally let it go. I am sure I will be stuck again on this or something new but not now, not today.
I have to admit this "letting go" is easier to do on days like today.
In mountains like those.
And with these kids.
I told my son when were riding the lift that spring days like today are the reason you ski through those awful, cold winter days. This is a day to be grateful. To wash the slate clean. To throw all the nonsense by the wayside.
A glorious spring day.
